Dr. Mendoza has taught several courses, including veterinary medicine, animal welfare and care, and animal education. She has also been added to the list of duties as animal welfare coordinator, teaching courses including horse courses. She has also taught for five years at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and has taught courses in animal health, human health, and human-animal interaction.
His experience includes internships in radiation oncology at Hope Veterinary Specialists in Philadelphia and rotating internships at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
